Peter is looking for any help with further identification and provides the following details -
- On the RH side with bonnet open:
- Serial number on chassis plate is 232712
- Engine plate is missing
- Wheel base is 12 ft 3 in
- Open Tourer
- Gearbox no 30468-1
- Starter motor 726-B 2749
- Generator 269 60244
- 4 bladed fan
- Manufactured by Delco Dayton Ohio
- Water pump 720M2743
- Steering column thread 0.875 in x 20 tpi
- On the LH side with bonnet open
- Steering box by Gemmer
- Carburettor has brass float chamber and a tap on it. Half is blue and a hot air supply from the exhaust.
- Square section above it with a spring and a pipe bringing heat from the exhaust system.
- Manifold has three inlet ports & 4 exhaust ports.
- Tappet cover has 6 holes and a three eighth breather plus two knobs
- 9 sump nuts on cover
- 2 core plugs
- 2 heads and a plug
- Fan/generator Belt has no 454 on it
He desperately needs a steering wheel and a radiator cap, initially. Any assistance or information will be greatly appreciated by Peter.
